I agree with Cassel. He did some good things last game. I think he improves this week and wins especially if Dez is out there.
I think we win with or without dez... I think we dominate the trenches on both sides of the ball... we just need some freaking turnoversI agree with Cassel. He did some good things last game. I think he improves this week and wins especially if Dez is out there.
His stats are incredible... I'm surprised he wouldn't go in the 1st round.
Boykin is certainly not projected as a 7th rounder.
Bridgewater went early 2nd and Boykin is about in the same class for now. Problem with Boykin is he's faced no true defense right now.
But if i'm looking for a QB coming out this year, you might get lucky.. But this is the year of the RB.
Hogan from Stanford may be available if the Cowboys finish 8-8.
Connor Cook? I don't he's any better that Kirk Cousins.
Everything I have read has him at about the 15-19 Qb that is draftable. We all know how this changes though. Those same publications CBs and Walterfootball have him going 5-7 round.
Yeah I've seen a few with Jake Coker rated higher than Boykin and that's big knee slapper there.
I think I'm going to get laughed at here, but I'm saying it anyway. I'm OK with Cassell as a backup next year. Yeah we all knew beforehand he chucks it up for grabs sometimes, but he wasn't exactly playing with a full deck and is new to the Offense and hasn't played in a while. We do need to groom a QB of the future, but don't expect him to be ready to come in when Tony gets hurt again next year and set the world on fire.
