I'm all in on Jared Goff. If we're drafting a QB. Not against a stud, RB, or LB either. If we don't plan on keep Hardy DE. Who's the best safety in the country? Even though I think Jones should be our next FS. He looks good there.

Maybe Jeff Driskel from LA Tech, people were high on him but I haven't followed him much

Driskell is the guy that use to be a Florida. He had a rough time there. The Bowling Green Qb is a stud, just short.

maybe thats where I'm remembering hearing his name then, guess there is not much to like there. I do remember him stinking it up at Florida in some games. I will have to check out the Johnson kid

I meant the 8th. Tall but Small School (which I meant for Romo. North Dakota State)

After studying all these guys, I'm hoping Romo is not ready for TV just yet.

I'm a lot more confident that Dallas will be able to find a QB in the draft now than 5 years ago. The last several years, they've drafted as well as anyone

I think I'd take 'happy feet' Goff if I really felt Romo was about to play his last season next year. But since I don't feel that way, I would take a chance on two later round (projected) guys like Taysom Hill and Tre Boykin.
I could change my tune if Romo comes back week 11 and gets hurt again.

Man, I was really high on Goff then I watched 2 of the last 3 weeks. He isn't seeing the field well right now.

Driskell was freaking horrible at Florida....

Yeah I thought that was Driscoll, when I realized it was the same kid, I had zero interest

Let's just hope Jerry does not take a chance on a former Razorback Mallet.

Stephen will have some fresh concubines delivered to the party bus to keep Jerry busy till someone else signs him

I think I'm going to get laughed at here, but I'm saying it anyway. I'm OK with Cassell as a backup next year. Yeah we all knew beforehand he chucks it up for grabs sometimes, but he wasn't exactly playing with a full deck and is new to the Offense and hasn't played in a while. We do need to groom a QB of the future, but don't expect him to be ready to come in when Tony gets hurt again next year and set the world on fire.

Yeah, but he has shown that he is more than capable to be a good player. Definitely not an Andrew Luck type of prospect but I would love to draft him; sit and learn a couple years behind Romo... and Aaron Rodgers his ass!
