What do you all think about this fro USA Today Fantasy Sports:

Don’t believe the numbers so far from these fantasy baseball players. They’re bound to change … quickly. Sell them while you can. 1. SP Colby Lewis, Texas Rangers 92.3 left-on-base percentage This leads major league starting pitchers. Of course, the best starting pitchers don’t even approach 90%, and the average typically sits in the low to mid-70s. Lewis’ career figure: 70.3%. Sure, his control is great, but he doesn’t strike out many batters, and his 2.75 ERA doesn’t jive with the 4.44 FIP.

Donaldson: MLB needs to police pitchers better

Easy to say when you think every inside pitch is trying to hit you.
Every pitcher probably does want to hit him. Sorry, did not mean to be all inclusive. 99.9% of pitchers want to hit him and Bautista. There is not a team that complains more and gets in more verbal arguments with the other team like Toronto does.

The truth is probably somehwhere in between his current ERA and FIP

Josh to have surgery June 8th. Out the rest of the year. We may never see him on the field again.

Never really expected to. Do we really need him with the talent now and in the pipe? IMO no.

It is indeed Hoying that gets the callup.

Damn shame about Josh. Still pains me his HR in Game 6 wasn't the series winner.

ARLINGTON, Texas -- Shin-Soo Choo is back on the disabled list after the right fielder played only one game in his return to the Texas Rangers.

The Rangers put Choo on the 15-day DL on Monday with a strained left hamstring.

Choo had been out since April 9 because of a strained right calf when he was activated before Friday's game at Houston. He walked twice in his only at-bats before leaving the game with the hamstring issue. He didn't play the rest of the series, so the DL move is retroactive to Saturday.

The team didn't immediately make a corresponding roster move.

Outfielder Drew Stubbs was also hurt. He was dealing with a sprained left little toe he suffered while running the bases Sunday.

I wasn't watching at the time. Does anyone know why Cordell was lifted for a pinch hitter today?

Tepid was referencing that he could be the one to replace Choo/Stubbs. Since Stubbs isn't officially on the DL yet -- no move has been made.

My guess? (now that Hoying is up) --- Profar comes up to replace Stubbs (but play 2B while Odor is suspended)...and Cordell will be promoted to AAA.

I wouldn't be surprised to see his ERA much higher at the end of the year. He has had a great start to the season though.

And the doctor may never find a knee. Sad, he wants to play in 2017 but I wouldn't have him as a DH.
