Cavs were 12-2, and 12-2 the last 2 years in the East....

I dont think they will end up quite that good...but the idea that they are #vulnerable in the East is quickly looking very very stupid.

Would it be ranked at the same level of stupid as you continually saying that teams need to offer a max to have a "star in their prime" on the roster even though most of those players aren't worth the % of cap space that they'll occupy let alone the assets one would have had to give up to acquire, and aren't winning you anything?

cherry picking LOL

lets look at the playoff stats vs. the regular season stats FOR THE TOTAL of the playoffs- all 9 games

Regular season averages with the Wizards:

12.7 pts, 3.1 rpg, 0.8 apg, 45.7% shooting from the field, 39.1% from 3

Postseason averages

8.5 pts, 4.0 rpg, 0.3 apg, 39.1% shooting, 33.3% from 3

is that cherry picking? just asking...let me know when you can get back to me lol in the words of the great Tom Hamilton: BALL GAME

Kyrie Irving had a game against the 76ers this year where he scored 11 points.
Tristan Thompson had a game where he scored 0 points and had 6 rebounds.
Lebron had a game where he only scored 18 in 40 minutes and took an L.

No one is here claiming those games are indicative of the skill of those guys.

You pointing out a single game, where as @bksballer89 was preceded by 5 double digit games is the definition of cherry picking.

Dude give it up.
hey i totally agree--- thats why i responded by posting the averages.

Especially on a team so devoid of bench help- i think its a pretty strong indicator of how much Brooks thinks the guy can help/how he is playing that he got 8 minutes. ESP. when they have a starter like Morris suffer an injury.

did you take a look at those averages i posted?

why burn hte first round pick if you were just gonna play Oubre anyway? I thought it was stupid at the time and time is vindicating that opinion- as usually happens.

esp. when Lou Williams and PJ Tucker were out there- guys who i think are far superior players

Without a doubt in my mind.
We might not have won, but we'd have seen tough fought games vs ones that are over by the first TV timeout.
oh yah. def.. HEat would have put up a better fight against a team that (i) beat htem in the playoffs last year before the Heat took a major step back, (ii) a team that not only MADE the playoffs- but was the 3 seed, (iii) a team that already WON a playoff series against ANOTHER team that the Heat could not pass in the standings (and who i wouldve picked to beat them as well)----- (iv) while the Heat were home fishing.

thats not arrogant or delusional at all....just wow....- 9th in the East--- against the 3 seed who already won a playoff series----WE woulda done better than these guys DEFINITELY! LOL....you have got to be fucking kidding me.

The Heat presents tougher matchups for the Cavs IMO then the Raptors do.
Then throw in Lowrys apparently hurt and Derozen has been terrible.
Put it this way, how could you possibly think the first 2 games wouldn't have been more competitive if Cavs were playing the Heat?

Heat took a major step back?
They were injury depleted the first 41 while mixing in several new players.
No reason to rehash, because you obviously don't get it.

Anyway, I'm heading your way for the weekend.
What's up with this weather?

Do you guys realize just how disgusting LeBron has been playing thus far in the playoffs? Dont tell me this isnt his best version.

Right now he is at:

34.2 pts, 9.2 rebounds, 7.3 assists, shooting 56.5% from the field, shooting 48.4% on three's (he LEADS the Cavs in 3's this postseason- who saw THAT coming?), 2.7 steals a game and 1.8 blocks per game.....thats INSANE.

he is doing everything---- its amazing to me he is at 48.4% from 3, and has the most 3's in the postseason for the Cavs....unbelievable.
If Curry was putting up similar numbers, you can bet we wouldn't be hearing "borefest"

We'd be hearing how amazing he is.

LeBron has a lot of haters here, it's sad.

Pretty much all blowout games are borefests.
Unless youre a fan of that team, you start watching something else.
Them playing amazing is usually the cause of it.

uhh YAH- HUGE major steps back like losing Wade, Deng, Johnson...i mean are you drunk?

the fact that you are even arguing this makes you look delusional and petty and quite frankly- badly inebriated....

Im pretty sure I watch more Heat games then you do.
Deng, Wade and Johnson are old, overpaid, and were no part of the Heats future.
You can spin it anyway you choose, but fact is, we saw what THIS group could do.
Ill easily go that route moving forward.

You now defending Wade says it all.
You had Heat Wade dead and buried 3+ years ago.
He did what, at home in game 6 elimination a couple weeks ago?

oh - you guys HAD to rebuild--- but dont be out of your mind retarded and think you got BETTER when you lost Johnson, Deng and Wade- in the short term that obviously makes you substantially worse.

I disagree.
Dragic was much better without Wade.
Whiteside was able to lead without Wade.
Both Johnsons were bench upgrades.

Deng would have been a better 4 to start over Babbit, but whatever.
Babbit didnt play much and what Deng got paid was stupid.
