I think Les has a chance to have success once he gets some big boys in. He's going with the Stanford approach. Everyone is spread, I’ll create mismatches by going power. If we are defining Kansas as having success as a Bowl Game or a 7 win season, I do think he can get the job done given a few years.

Honestly, who are they going to get that is better than Miles, it's Kansas. If he can win more games than he loses, he could stay here 40 years.

I know Beatty's record was awful, but I can't think of a coach that has walked into a worse situation than him, including teams that were on probation or sanctions from the NCAA. Miles is taking over a much better situation. I wouldn't be surprised if they won 5/6 games this season.

Kansas has three players from Kansas, with 20 recruits. Four players from Louisiana. Looks more like he is recruiting familiar territory, Louisiana and Alabama(2 players).

Nebraska has two players from Kansas, with 7 recruits.

Les Miles has no one in the Top Ten players from Kansas. K State has three top ten players. Nebraska has two top ten players. Minnesota has two top ten players.

not sure if he can recruit Kansas yet.

Could be the need to prove you can win at Kansas before top in state players commit.
