I agree with you, Allen and Bosh made big plays, but Lebron had 16 points in the fourth, a huge block on Duncan and one of those last minute three-pointers. I thought he blew it in the last few possessions, but the Heat aren't even in the game without him. Still hate him, though.

But the worst thing in the NBA is the inconsistency on calling fouls. It makes such a huge difference in close games, and it's seemingly random. We complain about penalties in the NHL, but I think it's worse in the NBA.

So they only call some of the times someone touches someone else?

Watched the 2nd half, it was exciting because of the comeback and OT. But the actual game was junk basketball; wild out of control drives, inconsistent reffing, no discernible offense from either team.

And now Chris Bosh is criticizing Heat fans that left the game with 30 seconds left. He says they can stay home for game 7. Seriously, with all the positive they could have taken from that game he decides to dwell on this negative? It happens with a few fans in every city in every sport, sometimes even when it's the home team that appears to have it wrapped up. He could have said thanks to the fans that did stay while not commenting on those who did not. God, now I hope they lose game 7 more than ever.

I only watched the last few seconds with the hope the Spurs would have won it but I did watch the whole Hawks/Bruins game.

Anyway they are making a big deal about this play

So is the big stink all about Allen or the fact that Ginobili travelled?

Not only did he travel but I found the manner in which he travelled to be somewhat amusing. That's the play I was talking about earlier when I said he did a nice running back impersonation. I don't watch a lot of basketball but in what little I have I think it's safe to say that I've never seen a guy carry the ball like that before.

It's actually pretty common for a guy to carry it kind of like a football. I know I do it when I play.

So I guess they were making a big deal about the folks leaving game 6 early.
Now I this has nothing to do with which sport you love more but that is mind blowing that anyone would leave any game early let alone one that might decide a championship and miss out on the ceremony presentation (win or lose).

The one major exception is an emergency.

Only time I left an event early was when I wasn't the driver

Better than NBA OT yeah...but I wouldn't say the best OT/extra time period in all of sports
Then again I'm an American and watch hockey when I can. I don't know as much about the game and it's probably closer to last on favorite sports

Playoff overtime hockey is the best in all of sports - it's a proven fact.

it's like going for it on 4th down at the 1, down 3, in the 2nd half of a college OT, except its like that until someone scores, whether it be in 20 seconds or 90 minutes

Inexcusable for those fans. A regular season game, fine, whatever. But an an elimination game in the Finals? I totally agree with what Bosh said.

Same here I find it pathetic they would leave.

But at an "event" like a Finals game, most of the true fans cannot even afford tickets. Those who can probably wear $400dress shirts, drive leased Porches through their tax shelter S-corps and are in arrears on their McMansion payments.

Gee, the guy wearing the jersey with no shirt underneath it was one of the guys who left early and wanted back in... I would have never guessed.

Game 6 was incredible, as was NHL Game 4...but postseason hockey is just better when it's at its best at least. To those fans that left, LOLZ. Come on. Why would you EVER leave early?

Doesn't surprise me from Heat fans. Half those people had probably never been to a basketball game in their lives until "The Decision". And now they profess their die-hardness*

* - as long as they keep winning

Today's the anniversary of the Heat's first title. How many people in that building actually know that? I feel for real Heat fans honestly...
