Get over your homophobia fears already - Have you idiots already forgotten that the two them won two gold medals together in the last two International Olympics. In Lebron's first gold medal, both he and the others deferred to Kobe to bring them home in the finals against Spain. So yes, they are good friends because they share a common bond playing for their country not once, but twice.

Pull the stats my friend. Wade didn't defer to anyone. In fact Wade WAY outplayed Kobe on that dream team. Gold medal game... Kobe was 7-14 for 20 points. Wade 9-12 for 27 points. Wade lead that team... LA fans must not be able to see Wade on the west coast, because Wade was the man on that team.

In case you all forgot.

Kobe sealed the deal, this is why stat sheets don't mean as much.

Nobody said Kobe didn't hit shots.. 7-14 for 20 points.... while Wade was 9-12 for 27 points. I guess I need to youtube Wade 2008 dream team.

Anyway you slice it... Wade outplayed Kobe in the gold medal game and in the tournament as a whole

The announcers said it themselves, denial on your part is just willful ignorance at this point.

In this case the two posters that are whining about Lebron and Kobe being friends are merely upset because of their intense hatred for the Lakers to the point that they don't want anyone being friends with Kobe Bryant. They don't mind other competitors being friends as long as it isn't with a Lakers employee

:L Just stfu.

Did Kobe and LeBron use to be best friend roommates or something? My god you couldn't keep these guys from smiling at each other all night. Here we have a competitive game and these two are just joking and laughing together.

Not sure Jordan ever walloped around the court smiling and joking with the opponents best player.

I mean this was borderline to making my stomach sick.

I thought you were already sick....42-20 :laugh3:

I think he is talking about the more recent Olympics in which Kobe did less than the 1st time

No I am not. Pull the stats I posted them. Wade led that team in points. In the Gold Medal Game ...Wade went 9-12 for 27 points... Kobe 7-14 for 20 points. This idea that Kobe led that team is pure Laker land fantasy. Look at the stats... kobe had one more FG made for the entire tournament and 30+ more shots. Wade led that team in scoring off the bench.

Even DWade acknowledges Kobe as the 2nd greatest player of all time. No one from that team would agree with you.

Announcers : "Kobe Bryant took over the game for the United States. The game was cut to 2. That's why he's the MVP of the NBA and will be walking out of here with a gold medal to add to his 3 NBA championships."

The proof is in the pudding, not the stat sheet.

Kobe and Wade both belong way up at the top of the list of clutch guards.

Kobe has had so many moments delivering in the clutch.

I still say Wade's performance in the 06 Finals is the most impressive individual performance by any player in any playoffs series ever.

Definitely.

Obviously when you're talking about career achievements/accomplishments Jordan beats Wade in every way imaginable.

Personally, I have Jordan as the goat.

But if you're talking about 1 playoff series. I put Wade's 06 Finals at the very top of the list. I'm sure I'm in the minority on that.

DeAndre Jordan is shooting 71% this year, does that mean he's the MVP of the league?
