Young is still unsigned. Pincus is tweeting that he may have to take a little less than originally planned now unless they dump Marshall or Kelly. I'd dump Marshall considering Clarkson looks to have game.

They need another swingman. Xavier is the obvious candidate.

Yea, the Marshall minutions had to occur to fit everyone in and I expected they'd bring in Henry as posted. Kelly may be the odd man out or will be brought in later on a lower salary.

Just over $1m for X. Not a bad deal for a filler. The highlight reel alone would be worth that amount.

Figured yesterday that Marshall would get cut. They needed the room for Swaggy.


The Lakers needed another wing player. Hopefully Xavier stays healthy this season. He's got some game.

I thought marshall was playing pretty good in summer league. don't think he will clear waivers...so we have Jeremy lin, whos his backup should nash have a year like all the others?

Clarkson is. And Kobe and X played the point a few times last season.

This team is shaping up to be young (except for Kobe, Nash and Boozer), athletic and fun to watch. They aren't winning any titles and it's doubtful they make the playoffs, but I think they'll make some noise and tease us about the playoffs.

I am pretty sure Marshall will clear waivers. Teams are not going after a guy that needs more work.
