A serious question. Do you have reading comprehension issues?

I'm talking about only the Knicks. Doesn't matter that Dolan also owns the Rangers.

Since you can't figures this out yourself I'll tell you. The Rangers have nothing to do with the Knicks.

What the Rangers have done doesn't carry over to the NBA.

What's wrong with you?
Dolan doesn’t play for or coach the Knicks so why blame him?

So you really saying owners should never be blamed when their team has been lousy for a long time?

It's funny, but not unexpected, that you don't understand how teams operate.

When there's dysfunction with ownership it's felt through the entire organization.

I went though it with that dumbbell that owns the Browns Jimmy Haslam. At one point he was pitting employees against each other.

You've said that the coach is the problem. Well who do you think hired him?

Stick to your day job cause your sctick sucks..

Dolan own both teams and is involved with all hiring and firing.

Both teams require same for success, coaches personell players …

You can’t possibly think just because they are different sports, that 1 doesn’t have to do with the other.

Sorry man.

But how do you explain why the Knicks have sucked for his entire tenure?

It doesn’t take 20 years to execute a rebuild.

The Knicks have sucked because Dolan has leaned on the wrong people to run the organization. And that comes back to him.

Ted Leonsis is another example. Caps have been successful. Wizards have not.

Just because a blue print works in hockey doesn’t mean it will work in the NBA. They are different worlds.

Yes, there are clearly no well managed teams in the NBA. And no good manager would want the opportunity to prove themselves in New York.

I thought I was joking, but you may really be Dolan.

Lol, it’s funny.

I never said there weren’t any well managed teams. But , now that I think about it, which one is that doesn’t have the best of the best players in the league on its roster?

We know it’s the players , lebron, keyrie, Durant who are calling the shots, no pun intended, only star player who keeps his mouth shut and puts it out on the floor is Curry.

So what team can you truly say is well managed, cause you basically know barring any serious injuries or titty bar visits Or I don’t like playing in this city anymore Involving star players , maybe the Miami Heat?

bucks? celtics? mavs? griz?

and this is what you said:
the NBA clearly is lacking in talented managerial skills
implying that there just aren't good managers in the NBA for the Dolan to find.

It's funny since New Yorkers like to brag how great the city is and how MSG is the greatest arena that they seem to not be able to find managerial talent. You'd think that has something to do with the ownership. But it isn't according to Dolan-fazul.

Well?

That is actually a huge part of it.

Putting the team in position to land those types of players.

If the Knicks were able to build a strong culture and keep cap space open, they wouldn’t even necessarily have to draft their star.

But they overspend on mediocre players and chase bottom playoff seeds instead.

And it is a cycle of mediocrity that keeps repeating.

Well managed teams don’t stay in that cycle for 20 years.

Dude, the Knicks have all the money in the world to have the best, buy the best.

It’s the players who are calling the shots of where they want play and they don’t want to play in a city where the media will tear them apart for poor performance.

They isn’t it at all.

Players aren’t scared of the NY market. The Knicks are just a miserable excuse for an organization. They have lousy culture and players aren’t going there until they turn it around.

They also tend to use their cap space foolishly, which contributes to the poor culture and further forces them to overpay the guys they do land.

Right.

Because the organization sucks.

2 top tier stars literally just signed in Brooklyn 3 years ago.

Stars aren’t afraid of New York. They don’t want to play for a poorly run organization.

So basically you’re saying if star players play here they become bad players cause the org is run poorly?

No.

I am saying the Knicks haven’t had a legit star player since Melo.

And he was very overrated.

Poor organization > mediocre roster > losing

And that starts at the top.

Melo was 153 years old when he came to NY…

Last real top pick, star player we had that got support was Ewing …

Again , Dolan owns 2 teams that play in same city at same arena , the formula for success for both are same.

There are not enough good basketball minded people in the NBA or as I have stated before too much player control.

My goodness you ain't right. Melo was 26 when he got to the Knicks.

"the formula for success for both are same"

You truly believe that? If that's really the case why do the Knicks only have 6 playoffs trips this century, FYI- that's since 2000, and the Rangers have made the playoffs 13 times?
