Lol, show me where I posted knicks are the cream.

what they are are a bunch of very young, very good athletes that can be molded by a coach who holds them accountable. Play hard in practice. You get minutes !

I don’t care how many games they win. Be competitive that’s all.

16 turnovers aren’t wining a lot of games.

But your definition of competitive keeps changing.

Did they play hard last night?

Young teams are going to turn the ball over a lot. Especially when they are less skilled than the team they are facing.

The Knicks are going to make mistakes no matter how much Thibs “holds them accountable” or breaks clipboards on their heads.

And because they aren’t as good as the competition most nights, the margin for error is very small.

You have a very difficult time retaining what you read.

The game got out of hand because the coach did not stop the bleeding middle 3q. He stayed with same group for far too long that were not producing like they did in first half.

What is it that you think the pacers did so special in 2nd half?

I just look at their roster and I don’t see an identity. Even their young players, never liked Barrett but he seems easily the best of the youngsters

Barret playing with an edge. He’s pissed he wasn’t
selected in rookie class last year.

the rest of roster is questionable in many ways, but, they will give their opponents a headache if they take them lightly.

biggest juggernaut has to be Randle. He has it all! Needs a brain! If this team follows the yellow brick road it should be an interesting year. I understand 10 teams get in in this 72 game schedule. Say a miracle happens in Robinson and Noel stay out of foul trouble and we trade Knox and other for a pt man We could surprise!

The Knicks primary issue is they don't have a single guy on the roster who would be a top 2 option for any playoff caliber team in the league . Maybe not even a top 3 option . The roster is full of guys who are just ok , most of whom play the same way as the other guys on the roster. No real elite talent and no variation of skill sets

I don’t talk analytics!!! I’m old school.

the Knicks have a challenged roster, I get it!

what we have is a bunch of unproven players who can be manipulated into playing the game the way it should. What impresses me is the poise of these kids. The only player who stands out as soft is Knox. Looks like he needs to be coddled , and he ain’t getting that from thibs.

all I expect is for this team is to be in shape, play in thibs system. Roll the dice! Open some eyes! Make others want to
Play here in NY!

Thibs should have hit them with his clipboard.

I retain fine.

I didn’t watch the game, so I don’t know specifically what the Pacers did to pull away.

What I do know is that Indy has better players and a decent coach who also expects his players to compete and execute.

I will also tell you that Thibs typically has a fairly set rotation. He rides his horses for better or worse. Easy to say in hindsight that he should have subbed differently, but that really isn’t Thibs’ MO. Aside from exploiting specific matchups, he gives his guys leash to play through slumps.

The pacers are a more experienced team.

2half the Knicks imploded while the pacers put their experience to work .

thibs has to use all cause he doesn’t have any star players to rely on. He has very good athletes to work with .

MERRY CHRISTMAS ALL!!

40-40 6 minutes left to half, my Knicks may not win many games . But they are disrupters , and they will make you earn it!

60-55 76ers at half...

knicks in it , no foul trouble, and Randle with 18. Barret 1st game 9 for 9. 2nite, 0-9. Let’s see if this team can make adjustments for 2 half.

76ers not playin well , hope they stay that way !

Knox only getting 18 mins? Wtf

not turning Knox and 33 into a player they actually wanted was a big mistake.

instead they traded 33 for a second 3 years from now.

a rudderless ship

Shooting terribly. And no fundamentals , and 76ers taking full advantage. Just like that! Boom!

So much for thibs rep, lol.

Philly, from my vantage pt. A poor shooting team , star wise, ya think thibs implement some zone D with a depleted and awful roster of misfits? What happened to the boxing out ya did in preseason? Y’all forget that quick?

and ya question the ratings ?

Just like in MLB, no more small ball!
