My expectations should be of every fan, players should be well conditioned, Practice hard, and execute the coaches plan. It’s called respecting the game! It’s that simple.

You , are bought and sold by today’s standards. Every team that is not a legit contender, go through the motions and have no expectations cause on paper you ain’t got any shot.

as far as thibs working his players too hard,
yes, he plays to win at all times . What is wrong with that? It has worked for many of the great ones. Does that have adverse affects, yes, tire and injuries will happen. But that is part of the game . Maybe he has worked on his game philosophy, and will ease up.

we will see.

I have never once said that.

Of course every player on every team should be expected to play hard and do their jobs. If they don’t, they don’t keep their spot long.

You incorrectly blamed past coaches for organizational failures.

I blamed all. The org. Especially Dolan . When he brought Isiah here. That decision alone brought this org to a level they have not come back from.

Then the coaches, one after the other who never looked at the roster, just implemented a system that could not possibly work.

The players, for most part, had no self respect, or to game to decide not to play within themselves.

now, we have a coach who Jeff van gundy said the other day , ‘ is a great coach, loves the Knicks org. And plays to win.

bottom line is, I trust thibs.

Don’t know one of these guys for Indiana, but, listening to szerbiac , they are a formidable team. Especially at home.

we shall see. We’ll the Knicks be brought down to the t lance level or will they compete?

66-61. Knick lead at half . Don’t know if knicks can keep this up. Barret 8-8 from floor . Thibs doing great job of keeping legs fresh. Foul trouble both bigs, randle filling in at 5 , won’t get away with that all game . Burks , pure shooter! Good half . Better 2nd half for win.

Most minutes I have watched in 5 + years. Thanks thibs

It’s not how much I know, it’s what I feel!

One only needs to look at box score to see how abysmal this team played in 2nd half. Coach did nothing to counter injury to quickley. Let the game slip away . I did post that this team would have to play a better 2nd to win on road.

as far as Knox getting limited time. He didn’t play well. And I don’t believe he will be here all season. We have to trade up for a pt man. And our bigs cannot play with 3 fouls tagged on both 20 minutes in... thibs has his hands full no doubt.

There is no magic button you know. Sometimes your team is just outmatched.

Any given team can win in any given night, but over 72 games the cream rises.

And the Knicks are not the cream.

Lol, show me where I posted knicks are the cream.

what they are are a bunch of very young, very good athletes that can be molded by a coach who holds them accountable. Play hard in practice. You get minutes !

I don’t care how many games they win. Be competitive that’s all.

16 turnovers aren’t wining a lot of games.
