It ain’t me who’s batcrud crazy.

it’s your responses that are. I’m not saying the Knicks are a contender . Your responses to my posts are as if I believe they are.

I’m not posting about any other team, but your responses are as if I think the Knicks roster is as good as theirs.

I only care about team I’m supporting, and what I believe can make them a better team.

Coaches don’t make their players run a ton of sprints in practices because:

A) NBA teams don’t have time to have full practices during the season nearly as often as you think.

B) Every team has strength and conditioning coaches that have individual workout plans for every player.

C) there are better, more game like ways to run conditioning drills while practicing skills/other aspects. Running sprints during a pro practice is a heinous waste of time.
Please see # 897.

Lol, there’s more injury today than ever!!!!

Do they have better technology, nutrition? Absolutely! Is it easier to be in better shape, yes! Is there a lot more cheating going on yes!

Conditioning is totally left up to the player!

As far as my ideas being archaic? Lol. Can’t imagine a true athlete disagreeing with me.

lol, I’m still loln at the poster who said I was stupid for lifting weights before going out to field to perform . The guy claimed to have played college football. This was an organizational decision, to be followed by all in org. Imagine , you’re being given the chance of a lifetime, you’re not a bonus baby, and you’re gonna tell them no, lol!

Conditioning is not left totally up to the player. They just don’t do old school conditioning only drills during precious practice time.

You don’t know what you are talking about.

You just posted that NBA coaches don’t have the time to run drills for conditioning, and I agree with that, that’s why I posted before you did that they, NBA coaches, expect the player to come into camp in game shape!!!!

. They , NBA coaches, want to implement their system and yes that takes time, so when are the players to do cardio? Lol, at the strip club?

Dude , what is wrong with you?

Lol, what are you referring to as to my old school conditioning ? Lol

LOL.

You assume that the only time teams have with their players is on the practice court. The reality is that actual on court practice time is a relatively small percentage of in clock team time for NBA players.

With travel, an average of 3+ games per week the majority of their “practice time” is film session, shoot around, walk through etc.

Strength coaches work with players on their conditioning and even then maintenance is the order of the day during the season.

If a head coach is overly concerned with conditioning during on court time, he is doing job very poorly.

Heckuva job tonight by the Bockers.
Hopefully it wasn't just a "blind squirrel" moment.

Congrats to Thibs on his 1st win as Knicks' head coach nonetheless.

We will see tonight. Playing the Cavs tonight, both teams coming off strong wins. They played 2 preseason games so they at least are kind of familiar somewhat with their playing styles. Should be a good one

I’m sure the Cavs will put Nance on Randle, Randle has a strength advantage on him so it should be a test for Nance who has improved as a defender. The other matchup is who will be guarding RJ with Okoro out again? Sexton maybe, he is a pesky defender but big size advantage for RJ. Might be some matchup problems for CLE in this one

Lol, you contain Randle , and the win is in the bag.

no way Peyton repeats that performance vs bucks. and don’t have clue what Barret will give us.

I’m looking at this game like first 2, play a tight game for 2 , self destruct rest of way.

most impressed by Robinson’s discipline so far...

good luck

Yeah I saw Payton’s numbers and was surprised. I thought maybe he vastly improved or maybe a fluke. I guess we will see. Barrett seems inconsistent but he does have a good matchup here where he needs to take advantage.
