KC actually reminds me of the Bears from 2005. We gave up 6, 24, 3, 6, 9, 3, 7, and 3 points at home all year. We gave up 7.25 PPG at home and 11.2 PPG overall all year and we only went 11-5 because our offense was so bad. Ended up getting rocked at home in the playoffs by a good Carolina team. It sucks when a good defense is wasted.

Well, the Chiefs weren't far off if they execute in theory, but it is what it is right now... No excuses, Denver played better tonight at home. GG to the classy Denver fans out there. Hopefully the Chiefs play better next week and beyond.

Well, the positive out of this for Chiefs fans is that the run D looked stout and did what Top D's are generally expected to do against backs like Ball and Moreno. The Chiefs held Denver RB's to a 2.97 YPC. Not bad, not bad, Peyton just happens to be freakish as a passer. Just not our day.

Agreed. This game was closer than most expected it to be. I'm looking forward to seeing what the second meeting produces. Still six games to go...
