I didn't realize the Celtics still had so many picks.

So, if they included Brown or Tatum, the Lakers would have to give Lonzo, Kuz and Ingram to beat that.

They'd probably still take the lesser deal to keep him away from the Lakers and out of the East.

If the Spurs trade Kawhi for prospects, they aren't competing in the same window as LA, GS or Houston. They are looking further down the road.
