Boch going with Vogelsong is interesting. I think it's the wrong decision because he pretty much has to concede that this thing is going 7 games. Who's he gonna trot out for Game 7? Peavy?

I think he just gave the Series to the Royals.

...but wait. I'm still predicting that the Giants win. Guarantee it, in fact!

What's the latest on the weather?

I think it would be Hudson again. Peavy game 6.

Either way. If they lose today they are fucked. Even if giants win today, still in trouble.

The way I look at it is they have to win the next two to have a very slight advantage or be dead even. They're in deep doodoo.

Next game is the most important in the series, imo. Royals have done enough to take command where it counts but I dont think they can drop a game and then face Bumgarner.

If you think about it, if Shields was dominant this wouldn't even be a discussion.

The numbers are pretty even overall if I was to take a guess. The Royals do match up perfectly with the Giants, though. The only thing they dont have is an ace.

It does seem pretty doubtful that the Giants can take 3 of 4 from the Royals without someone getting hurt

I wonder if the Giants are going to drown the infield again tonight to slow the Royals down? That's disappointing.

Should the Giants be penalized a run?

And what's with all the snot-rocketing on the mound for the camera? :L

That sounds like an old trick used by Al Davis back in the day.

Kinda like how the a/c never seemed to work in the Lakers locker room at Boston Garden.
