Unfortunately, you're not wrong.Nah, the rest of the team stinks
Wide receivers are making $35 million a year now? Well, that means future salary caps will go up, which means your cable and streaming bills will go up. Ticket prices, concession prices, and parking will go up. Jersey prices and all NFL apparel prices will go up. I mean, you didn't think the owners or the NFL were going to foot this added expense, did you? They will pass it down to us, being the gullible consumers of their product that we are.

FailYes I am sure the NFL is calling cable companies and concession stands right now and telling them they have to raise their prices immediately because the Justin Jefferson contract just threw the entire NFL financial system out of whack.
87 mill is a signing bonus.Hope this doesn't mean cap hell for the Vikes.
Patriots will never have a #1 receiver.....
Even Randy Moos didn't get one with the Vikes or Pats. I'd rather have studs on the lines than an overpaid #1 WR.Is that a bad thing? How many of the Pat's Lombardis were because, "thank god we had (_______) at WR" or without him we lose and he is a true #1 WR.
But they also won't be paying $35M a year to a WR. That's a win.Patriots will never have a #1 receiver.....
Jefferson is getting $100 million guaranteed and $93 million is a signing bonus - paid up front.Hill wasn't getting $30M per year. He has a ridiculous non-guaranteed, final year salary that he won't be paid. That final year was included purely to boost his on-paper per year average. Hill has already said he plans to retire before reaching that final $44M year in 2026.
More like this summer...Ja'Marr Chase and CeeDee Lamb Extension Talksnext year.....
Nah! you got your Qb under a rookie contract. You'll be fineHope this doesn't mean cap hell for the Vikes.
