android devices will go straight into google navigation and start navigating....it will even check your location first so if you say "navigate to walgreens" it will take you to the nearest one or if it is a local business it will find the address and navigate there ie "navigate to billy bob's burgers"

I have an iPhone 4 Didn't bother to do much with it since it was a temporary situation until I could use my Android again.

Whatever you are comfortable using will be the best option. I have used my moms Android powered something or other and hated it. She kept asking how to do stuff. I told her to buy an iPhone and I can tell her, on that thing I have no idea.

Just this weekend I asked Siri "where is the closest Marketstreet". It found the closest one and launched the map to show me where it was. One button started the directions from current location to it if I wanted. I knew the area, so I just closed it and drove there.

Why on earth would I make this up? I really have no beef when it comes to tech shit people are into.
It was in pieces on our kitchen table one Sunday morning. He said it broke when we were out one night and the screen had cracked in half and went out. What he did to it beyond that himself, I have no idea.
