Mariner pitcher Adrian Sampson said after game tonight he will need flexor bundle surgery on his elbow. It's not Tommy John surgery for Sampson. He said it's less difficult recovery than TJ, which he's already had once.

I'm taking a break from baseball for this series at least. Disabled my ESPN app and everything.

I can never seem to stay away for more then a day. Didn't watch yesterday but catching up now. Fielders HR and the double base running error game vs the Twins were others that caused me to take a break.
