So, should it be legal to test at work whether you are smoking weed or not? Or have within so many hours of going on the clock?

Bottom line here is it still illegal for some employment. Some places of employment require you to wear a suit and tie. If you don't like the rules go work elsewhere. That's pretty easy. It's no infringement on your rights.

A judge who sentenced Philadelphia Eagles coach Andy Reid's sons to jail on Thursday likened the coach's home to "a drug emporium" and questioned whether his adult sons should live there.

"There isn't any structure there that this court can depend upon," Montgomery County Judge Steven O'Neill said before sentencing 22-year-old Britt Reid to up to 23 months in jail plus probation.

Andy Reid's son paralyzed a little girl because good ol Andy thought giving his drug addict, alcoholic son a high profile job was a good idea.

Andy Reid is a great coach, but he's absolutely failed his family and has proven time and time again he'll take ANYONE who will help his team win.
