It's nice to see hard work & determination pay off.
I'll never understand the infatuation with this guy. 3mil a year for a secondary ball carrier that gets less than 4 yards per carry. and we only have one starting defensive back. Makes no sense to me.

Lions re-sign Ogletree for one year. Not worthy of it's own thread, so posted here and RB's merger.
Well he does not fumble nearly as much so maybe they base guranteed money on fumbles.
I know it will sound crazy to some people here, as it shocked me when they reported on the radio today. Bell actually fumbled more often than Bush when you break it down to the amount of carries for each.
I believe they said Bush had 5 fumbles, 4 lost on 230+ carries and Bell had 4 fumbles, 3 lost on 160+ carries.
I haven't looked up to see if the radio host was correct, but they said it repeatedly, so I'm guessing they are.
On a positive note -- Bush and Bell put up 2700 yards of offense combined, which is 600 yards more than McCoy, who led the NFL with 2100 and made more than Bush and Bell do for the Lions. If they correct the fumbling problem -- Detroit's RB situation should be set for the next couple years.
