Maybe the real Funbags was the Embiid’s we made along the way, or something like that.Rage quit. And didn’t even have the decency to do a meltdown post.

Nice lolMaybe the real Funbags was the Embiid’s we made along the way, or something like that.
I don't expect him to play. I don't want him to play until February. The NBA is a long dumb season. Only the playoffs matter. The refs do nothing to protect Embiid so he can play on the largest stage in May and June. So it's up to the Sixers to have a plan and for the fans to understand. My take on this is that when you're a player who gets injured often and fans expect you to play what else will they think when this news happens and doesn't play back to back? I mean he seems injury prone way more then he should be. Fans expect him to play but he isn't. Not to mention he doesn't want to play back to back
You want the refs to wrap him in bubble tape?I don't expect him to play. I don't want him to play until February. The NBA is a long dumb season. Only the playoffs matter. Love Embiid's effort, but I don't need him diving for any more loose balls. Especially not in the long dumb meaningless regular season. The longer he stays out the more fans will question his effort i mean hes always injured to.

Exactly why they need to skip the regular season. And get him ready for the playoffs. Thanks for making my point. The analytics don't lie on this, also: This story has a very good chart on what happened to many notable big men over 280 pounds after they turn 30. This is like running backs in the NFL. Their stats drop off a freaking cliff. Those that manage to do well and keep playing like Brook Lopez generally see a sharp decline in their usage--they become limited role players.

Fact or Fiction: Joel Embiid and the Philadelphia 76ers are in for a painfully long season

No back to back months until 2025Did he say back to back games or back to back weeks?
Only dumb for Sixers fans bc Embiid can't walk on the court without tweaking or pulling something. I guess you expect them to hand out seeds after 20 games? It's a regular season just like any sport. No back to back months until 2025
The nba regular season is long, dumb and boring.
I've got it! Let's make a fake tournament right in the middle to make it more exciting!!!
Yes, that's the plan. And it's a good one. Embiid's a great dude, hard worker, and has been good for the city. We need to milk some more healthy playoff time out of him.Only dumb for Sixers fans bc Embiid can't walk on the court without tweaking or pulling something. I guess you expect them to hand out seeds after 20 games? It's a regular season just like any sport.
I told them to trade that fragile bitch when he was at his peak. They likely keep him till he plays out his contract and walks, deteriorates or retires-getting no return.
Talk about an incredibly small sample size. A whopping 2 guys on this list saw a sharp decline in games/season. Hell, 2 went up.....of the 2 who didn't only 1 saw much of a decline in usage. The analytics don't lie on this, also: This story has a very good chart on what happened to many notable big men over 280 pounds after they turn 30.
