You won't get any argument out of me about the defense sucking, but the offensive plays are being ran through Garrett. He has the final say on what play is ran, it is also up to him to make sure his QB sticks to the play. He is the boss, but he isn't acting like it. Could you imagine what Tom Landry or Jimmy Johnson would have done if Romo was changing the plays like that? Yeah its on Garrett.
