Game 1: McGowan v. Vargas
Game 2: Hutch v. Chen
Game 3: Buehrle v. Ventura

Start of a long road trip. If I had to predict: LOSS, WIN, WIN.

Mr. Doc was right in that Buehrle was due to lay an egg last game and he did. McGowan is due to not suck, but I'm going with the smart money in Game 1.

25 games in and Jays are still relevant...barely. Winning this series would be nice!

I wanna see us string together like 5-6 straight solid outings from the starters and hopefully get on a win streak. The bats are starting to heat up.

Lawrie has gone full-on beast mode lately. EE appears to be rousing himself from his slumber. Melky has looked great. Joey Bats has been great. I agree...if the rotation starts churning out consistently quality outings they could do some damage.

Melky has been great, but nobody else has really shined. Bautista goes 8-14 one series, then 2-16 the next. Lawrie had a God awful start. It'd be a miracle if he gets his average above .250 by years end, but if he can smack 30 HR's and knock in 100 then I'm cool with that. EE has started hitting better, and I'm thinking he'll again be our best hitter as the season progresses.

Thank God we don't have JPA anymore. If I had to watch him coupled with Rasmus again this year; I don't think I'd tune in half as much. Neither of those two have any concept on how to hit curveballs, but thankfully JPA is sucking it up for the Rangers this year, and not us.

I'm still waiting for them to put Rogers back in the starting lineup. Depending on how the next few times through the rotation go; I wouldn't be surprised if Esmil is highly considered to go back in as a starter. We'll see how the next two weeks go.

Just FYI, Chen is likely to be skipped. Ventura will start tomorrow. Guthrie will go against Buehrle.

Lost five of last six, slipping into the AL East basement. Too tough a division to get comfortable at the bottom...they won't get back out. Need to put together a little streak right now.

FIRE GIBBONS. Never should have hired the guy and I'm not sure what more they need to see to realize he's not the guy he was in the past for them...oh wait, yes he is. That guy sucked too.
