Well if they get past Duke and draw OSU in the title game it's now pretty safe to say FSU are the National Champs. I really hope the voters wise up and drop OSU to #3 in the polls so we can get a good title game.

As an FSU fan I don't. I hope OSU beats MSU and then get destroyed in the NCG.

Jameis Winston - QB - Seminoles

Florida State redshirt freshman QB Jameis Winston completed 19 of 32 attempts for 330 yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions in the school's 45-7 ACC Championship win over Duke.

He also added 59 rushing yards and a touchdown. Winston got off to a very slow start, missing a handful of open targets early on, but he settled in and focused on his massive target in Kelvin Benjamin. Winston will go on to win the Heisman Trophy and has helped the Seminoles take the next step to the National title, in just his first season as a starter.

Nah it will be a good game. Wouldn't shock me if Auburn won. Auburn is better then Bama this year.

Jameis Winston - QB - Seminoles

Florida State redshirt freshman QB Jameis Winston was named winner of the Walter Camp Player of the Year award.

The 6-foot 4, 228-pound Winston set the FBS freshman record with 3,820 passing yards this season in leading the 13-0 Seminoles to the BCS Championship Game against Auburn. Winston is a shoe-in to win the Heisman Trophy as well. Other finalists for the Camp award included Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel, Northern Illinois quarterback Jordan Lynch, Alabama quarterback AJ McCarron, and Boston College running back Andre Williams.

Jameis Winston - QB - Seminoles

NFL evaluators have already begun discussing Florida State redshirt freshman QB Jameis Winston.

Winston, the Heisman favorite, must play one more collegiate season before becoming eligible for the draft. "He's a big athlete," one AFC college scouting director said. "He's erratic at times with his arm and inconsistent reading defenses. He'll make bad decisions and that big receiver, (Kelvin) Benjamin, bails him out of trouble. But on the positive side, he's very gifted, he has great size and strength." The 6-foot 4, 228-pound Winston set the FBS freshman record with 3,820 passing yards this season. "You can't help but notice he's a talented passer with the physical tools -- arm, accuracy, mobility," another AFC college scouting director said.

He will win it tonight to become the youngest ever to win it. He deserves it.

Would he still have won it if Manziel didn't break the no-Freshmen Heisman (unofficial) rule? I think so, but just wondering. Do you think anyone who opposed giving it to a freshman last year under principle has a point with their gripe now that it's happened two years in a row and the resistance to giving it to one was lessened this year because of last year? Or is it just best is best? (My personal opinion.)

BTW, I think the no Freshmen argument was because one would still have a chance to win it later, etc.
