This match up doesn't carry much if any impact on the playoffs, but both teams have some young players that should be interesting to watch. Burrows, Lawrence, Chase, Robinson to name a few. Bengals have looked much improved last week and are favored to win. FF has made matches like this one much more interesting for those who play.

Bengals declared WR Tee Higgins, CB Chidobe Awuzie, S Jessie Bates, DT Tyler Shelvin, G Xavier Su’a-Filo, and OT Fred Johnson inactive for Week 4 against the Jaguars.​

Higgins (shoulder) was ruled out earlier in the week so his absence doesn't come as a surprise. ESPN's Jeremy Folwer reported that had the Bengals been playing on Sunday instead of Thursday, Higgins would have had a chance to suit up. That makes it sound like Higgins will be able to play in Week 5 but his practice status throughout next week will be monitored closely.

Jaguars declared RB Carlos Hyde inactive for Week 4 against the Bengals.​

Also inactive for the Jaguars are K Josh Lambo, DT Jay Tufele, CB Nevin Lawson, OLB Jordan Smith, and DL Roy Robertson-Harris. Hyde has operated as James Robinson's backup for the past two weeks after seemingly earning the starting role for Jacksonville's opener. Dare Ogunbowale will take on the backup duties for this game. Ogunbowale is a capable pass-catcher and contributes on special teams but doesn't figure to eat into Robinson's rushing role as much as Hyde would have. Hyde's absence solidifies Robinson as a top-20 fantasy back on the week.

Some poor defensive adjustments/play calling. Clearly the Jags want to run and give Lawrence some early short throws. Defense playing as if Jags are going to bomb it all game and are getting flat out chewed up under.

Not to mention the LB who took one of the worst angles on an attempted tackle I've seen since I coached Pee-Wee. Yikes. So Bengals.
