With todays salaries $12M is not really too much. I'd go 2 years and $30M. I'm more worried about the length of the deal with Watt than the $'s. I think I can easily get $15M worth of value for two years. After that...not so sure. Certainly one year at $15M I think would be a great deal for some team.

Buffalo makes the most sense. Fit wise and defensive scheme I think he could florish in CLE or BUF
