I've always been a fan of this guy. Not ignoring his results mine ya, just liked his potential and he always seemed like he was "on-the-verge" of something special. Seemed his biggest problem was staying on the field.

Classically great movie IMO.....when is the series starting? Or is this what you're speaking of?

I probably won't see it much, just one of those scheduling deals, but it looks like they have a very good cast for it. Did the Cohen brothers have any input regarding the series?

Series is 6 episodes in, no clue about who's affiliated though

This is the tv show based off the movie. Saw the pilot but could never remember the rest. I'm just glad they put 24 back on.

But I was also wary but its solid, don't know if its up a lot of people's alley though, I can see people not liking it, Billy Bob Thornton is awesome in his role though

You are talking about the Coen brothers movie, right? Buscemi is always a nut and Peter Stormare is crazy. Dormand and Macy are good as well.

Is the new season any good forgot it kicked off this month but really don't watch too much tv beyond the Rangers and Game of Thrones.

Watching the series makes me kinda glad I never saw the movie so far, I'd probably be nit picking all the details and things I don't like

Fair....it seems prudent to watch the series and give it it's due before watching the movie. Kind of like reading the book first, then watching the movie. It's not fair at all, from an entertainment standpoint IMO.
