Brooklyn got swindled on that trade for Pierce and Garnett - lmaoYep. If Pierce and KG was still in their prime at that point then I would no question understand it

Is pierce a hall of famer to you?Yep. If Pierce and KG was still in their prime at that point then I would no question understand it

Option 1 - Steal Hayward
Option 2 - Try to trade for Butler.
Paul George all but confirmed he's going to the Lakers.
Danny is not trading for him unless he agrees to an extension.

Congrats, Dude!stay the flock away from Ball!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well... we got Crowder. And if Jaylon Brown fills out a little... he can easily play some 3.
C's biggest weaknesses are 1.) rebounding and 2.) lack of bonafide super-star
Congrats, Dude!
Fultz and Thomas already have a connection from Washington.
East Coast version of Lillard and CJ production is not a stretch.
I always thought you had some bias against him is all.Based on the NBA HOF standards then yeah
First of all: this is a great problem to have.Do you see a scenario where they keep this Pick?
Obviously, if the cost is to high for a Butler/George you keep it.
But, Smart would likely be the odd man out, no?
You think Bradley having only 1 year left on a terrific deal might see him getting dealt?
Gotta think he's gonna want Olidipo money.
Yeah... I file that role under "lack of a bonafide star"And another guy who can create his own shot consistently.
Nah... he doesn't suck. He's a solid, 3+D pro. A leader with toughness.RS said:Crowder sucks imo. Hes not a shooter but thinks he is.
Wnba?Ready for some real basketball....
I would take one of the PGs if I were the Celts.
As great as a season as Thomas has had, he's a 5'9" guard at the end of the day. It will come back to hurt them.
Coming off the bench, he would be dynamite...
Wnba?

That being said: I'd say the most likely scenario is this pick gets packaged in a trade for a bonafide star.
^ It almost has to be the above. The C's not only have IT... not only have Smart... but they got a nice young PG in Rozier who looks like he has a role in this league.
If Ainge can't work a trade for a star... then Smart and/or Bradley gotta go. But does that scenario leave Boston much better? I mean: does adding a Fultz and losing a Bradley get them to the promised land? No. More likely they are worse in the near term.
I'd be surprised if they keep the pick.
