I was out at 5:30 this morning and my car said -17.

I swear though that I cannot tell a difference between this morning and yesterday morning when it said it was 0 degrees. Cold as fuck just feels like cold as fuck to me.

I can really tell the difference between 10 and 20, but once it gets lower than that I start to not be able to tell.

Woke up for work this morning, had breakfast and headed out. Opened back door, walked out, turned around and came back inside. Called the Boss. Told him my truck didn't start.

Fuck that. No way am I working in a metal shop that is unheated except for the plasma cutter I operate. Stacks of sheet steel has been sitting around all weekend getting cold.

I used the remote start from my window to warm it up (15 minutes) before I went out there. The heat and blower were on full blast but you'd never have know it. Even the cooolant temp gauge had barely moved. It took 10 minutes of driving after that to warm up.
