This has been basically a done deal for awhile now. I don't like it one bit. Mainly because I think Doug is DONE. The Isles could have spent the money elsewhere. They're now about 1 million or so above the cap. I hope this isn't the last move. However it's been speculated the Isles would use the Weight signing to get too or a bit above the cap floor. So we shall see.
