A player has gotten more then 4 games many times. Not sure what the harshest ever was, but a season long one has occurred .
This is a unique situation. Lots of things factor into it.
1) the blatant "I'm Tom frigging Brady, I'm above the rules."
2) not full cooperation even though the Pats toot the horn that they in fact are giving full cooperation. Just another lie.
3) the constant pushing the line, on being legal
