They beat half of the top ten and it wasn't close, you give them the other half, you think they are losing to any of them, especially since you know what happened to Florida and Florida was supposed to be for real.

There are a few teams that I have watched over the years where I thought, "now there might be the greatest team ever". I think this LSU team is a team like that.

The number of ranked teams they beat is tremendous.

Maybe its just me, but I think 2018 Clemson has a better argument if we are talking eye test. Granted '18 Clemson didn't have the schedule that LSU had this year, but once Lawrence hit the field, it was goodnight. Correct me if I am wrong, because I absolutely could be, but wasn't he named official starter the week of playing Wake Forest? If that is correct, their closest win was by 21 points after that. That's impressive. And that includes dominating an Alabama team that everyone thought was the greatest ever as well given them also beating teams by an average of like 22 points.
