Looking very much like Bardy is going to Tampa. So does this make TB playoff contenders? What say you, hoop?

I say they miss the playoffs next year. 43 year old QB in a new offense? I don't think they'll overcome the Saints and a wildcard will probably be out of the picture, too. My guess is Brady will miss having BB and McDaniels designs.

Arians is a good offensive mind, so there is hope. I just wouldn't put money on TB being a serious threat.

They would have been a playoff team last season if Winston didn't throw 30 INT's.

Well, Tampa gave him 30 million a year to get them in the playoffs.

Doubt it. I also predict both Saints games will be blowouts in flavor of Brees.

If I had to bet on Tampa or New England, I’d probably pick Tampa to make the playoffs.

I think so. If Jameis isn’t throwing 2 INTs a game TB will be a different team

Obviously

I wouldn't sleep on the Panthers though. Of course, with Rivera and Kuechly gone, the defense will be suspect, but if Bridgewater can remain efficient, they should be able to at least flirt with an above .500 season.

I think the NFC is too competitive.

Someone will win in the NFC East.
The entire NFC West is open... could easily see them claim 2 wild cards in addition to the division. Hawks have Wilson, who can Wilson, 49ers are still strong, Rams could rebound, and the Cards could be a major x factor with Hopkins.
NFC North is still strong if Rodgers stays healthy. The Vikes still have an okay defense and Thielen will come back. Maybe the Bears rebound.

As for the NFC South, I still think the Saints are the better team and Payton with Brees is just such a long standing relationship. Atlanta and Carolina will suck so that's a free 4 games hypothetically.

I've been saying for years Brady and the Pats continually seem to get there because of their cupcake division and conference. We'll see if that's the case, although it's tough to say anything now because the fucker is 43 years old.

I mean you look at the AFC... Baltimore sure (pending Jackson stays healthy), KC sure, and then outside of that it's wide the fuck open. NFC is not by any means wide open and I consider Tampa one of the 'average' teams even with Brady. Good OL, good receivers... but completely different coaching staff.

Playoff contenders maybe, but they're not beating Seattle, SF, LA, or GB.

He won't last the season there. This has disaster written all over it.
