BB's decision making is becoming questionable. It's very difficult to watch him just back away and not challenge really questionable calls. He made/not made more than a few in these first six games.

Losing like they did today certainly can't help
Doesn't hurt either. Unlike BB, Kraft is loyal... BB is just business is business cold, though he warms up on occasion when the warm sentiment doesn't impact business being business.

and it's difficult reading uninformed complaints about challenges that would fail on merit (despite the observation being correct).

So don't read them and make uninformed comments because you can't deal with them.

Bellichick IS a manipulative ass-hole. More than a few coaches are. Parcells comes to mind as well. But as much as many players don't like playing in that type of environment, they do like winning.

1) I can't choose to read some of the board without at least glancing at it all.
2) Learn the fucking rules on challenging a first down and realize it's all or nothing. It's not "Oh it closer than we thought so we'll move the ball so you can get a better shot at a forth down conversion." Instead we must suffer through you constantly complaining about BB...

BB deserves his share of criticism, just not what you are trying to sell.

I don't care.
Really, I don't.
Every team has lean years.
We, as Pats fans, have had it good, maybe too good.
A couple lean years and all some of us can do is piss and moan and piss some more.
Bill will have them back in contention soon, just maybe not soon enough for some.

I lived through forty lean Patriot years. Fifty without access to a place to discuss those forty years. Forty years of having nothing but newspapers to rely on for anything in regards to any team function or transaction. Now we have high speed information and instantaneous communication.

I care, I really do care.

After a year like last, following twenty years of interesting and exciting football, having nearly $185M to spend to fix a broken team and having the result look as does this morning, I bitch. I complain. I don't give a free pass because from my cheap seat, it appears that the guy in control of the team is not on solid ground. How the hell does one miss so many obvious faults? He knew more about the weaknesses and open holes than any of us and failed to to correct them with just adequate repairs. When you have a hole in the bottom of the boat, you don't stick a knitted mitten in it and try to cross the Atlantic.

I'm having a real problem looking ahead and knowing that way too much money was guaranteed in 2021 and that 2022 will be a very tight budget. Either put the boat in dry dock and fix it properly or buy a new boat.

Can't you just accept that BB isn't as good as you?

So, would your advice be to whine or play "wait and see"?

And there are teams or owners who would jump that to $25M-$30M a year and let him be HC/GM in a heartbeat.

Can you say Cowboys, Chargers, Raiders..............???????????????

With that kind of money I'd be living on a yacht sailing the Caribbean and not giving a flying fuck.

I'll never understand the drive of these super rich people that causes them to work until they die which is why I'll likely never be super rich.
