He's in the discussion for the #10 range at best right now IMO with Tannehill, others?

In no particular order: Mahomes, Rodgers, Allen, Brady, Dak, Russ, Kyler, Herbert, Stafford ahead of him? Arguments can be made for upside of some others.

Dunno, but it seems like there are a ton of young QB's out there right now. Will be interesting to see 1) how many of them have long careers and 2) which ones develop into superstars vs which ones end up as footnotes. I think Mayfield has the toughness and competitiveness to stick around for a while.

could also be made against some of those.

No question he played like it yesterday. You have to throw out his years with the Lions

He's right there in the discussion, no question about it. Crazy one play can change peoples' opinions though. If it wasn't for him getting tripped up he had a picture perfect game vs KC on the road. Sure, no TD's but no need to pass inside the 5 with that OL and run game.

He had another guy open early in the 4th and underthrew him.

He is somewhere between 9th and 14th imo. I do think the Browns have a good shot at "#1 overall offense" this year with all of the pieces they have. If Baker is 9th or 10th best QB then I think he could get that done

Yeah he threw it short to a WR on a comeback, Mahomes did the same thing for a TD. Overall, I loved his play and he was throwing a great ball.
If the rookie, Schwartz runs his route instead of stopping they possibly go up 29-10 before half.

He is on the fringe of top 10, stats will never back that up though. I think they can be a top 5 offense bc of the running game but overall TB, KC, BUF, ARZ could pass them on overall numbers.

Until late in the game I thought he looked very sharp yesterday. But as he showed when the game is on the line, he’s subpar with game-winning drives.

If they are playing a balanced offense then he can look like a top 5 QB. But if the game is on the line and he needs to deliver, he looks more like a middle of the pack QB. I’ll say he’s fringe top 10. I’d put him in the 9-13 range.

I think its fair to say that the Browns have to give him another contract at this point. Probably not worth them kicking that can, either.

Right now, no, imo. Probably 12ish, but maybe he could be. Lots of really talented young QBs coming into the league right now. It's fun to watch.

Likely closer to 15 than 10. He's got a lot of talent around him and maybe the best running game in the league.

I think he can be in the discussion for top 10 QB.
But the top 15 or 16 can be in that discussion, so I voted not sure.

He has around top 5 arm talent but he is likely around 12 at this point, if you look at the list. Most nailed it saying he is around 12.

Top 10 (in no order) - Mahomes, Brady, Wilson, Rodgers, Allen, Dak, Stafford, Murray, Tannehill, Watson

Then you have a cluster of QB's you put at 11-14 - Cousins, Baker, Carr, Herbert.

Hebert's one year isn't enough, if he does it this year that could catapult Herbert into the top 10 maybe even top 7. Not enough track record.

Big Ben and Ryan seemed to be regressing as we speak.
