- Offensive line;
- Defensive line;
- Wide receivers;
- Running backs;
- Tight ends;
- Linebackers;
- Safeties;
- Cornerbacks;
- Special teams;
- Coaching;
- Front office personnel; And
- Ownership

Other than that, they're pretty set up

Because there is something to be said about tradition and history. It helps build rivalries, and revisit those rivalries - perfect example being 49ers/Cowboys.

Tradition and history is fine, but the NFL isn't inherently better off when teams like the 49ers are good. In fact, I would argue that it's parity that makes the league as popular as it is. Quick turnarounds in the NFL are what make the league so compelling to watch.
