Not sure how two elite wrs struggle. With an ascending stud qb. Regardless TWO top wrs make guys backups look great.

Smith looked ok last night in what I saw. Nothing spectacular, but decent.

In the one series he was targeted 3 times, a gimme 4 yard slant, the aforementioned catch where he actually got some yards after catch (good effort by Smith on that one). Unfortunately the 3rd target was a contested over the middle route down field where Smith was not able to compete for the catch because of his lack of size and strength (a reoccurring theme thus far). Even the announcer noted that Smith will need to get stronger if he wants to be successful.

Smith needs to come back next year with 12 to 15 lbs of muscle added to his frame if he wants to reach his potential in the NFL. He can be decent to good at his current size but he will never be great unless he can get significantly stronger.

Yeah. Smith holds at least some responsibility for the pick 6 Int. He just slips down and the CB is alone.

Diggs definitely won the night. Smith wasn't bad overall, but he wasn't good either.

Yeah, slips and falls happen...for me, the bigger play was the drop that hit him in the hands. It was contested for sure, but he could have, and should have, made that catch. That is the area he's going to have to get better with as teams scheme to take away his bread-and-butter by bumping him and shading him early, and knowing he's easier to cover after those first few steps where he excels.
