He was drafted in large part how high he was because of his work ethic, his team-first approach. You will NOT see TT hunting offensive rebounds at the expense of what is actually good for the team. He always plays- as he is the NBA's current Iron Man- and he has averaged a double double in the last two finals.

EASY EASY Answer. You WIN with guys like Thompson. You lose and the front office loses their job with guys like Whiteside.

Ill be amazed if he is still a functional NBA player by the time his contract expires. Ill gurantee you that unless he gets teamed up with multiple players a lot better than he is- that he will win NOTHING. Yep Whiteside never avg more than 9 shots or avg more than 29 MPG in his career. This year he is going to get about 14 shots nightly and play between 33-36 MPG. Obviously this will lead to a boost in his numbers
