Bolles needs to work for a cell phone service provider - after choosing from the automated menu - Bolles can get on the phone and ask you to remain on hold while he talks to his service coach. Subsequently, Bolles can time how long each person on hold is willing to wait for someone to come back on line before they hang up in disgust.
