I have always been pretty damn good at spotting actors in a movie and then remembering what movie I had seen them before. It's almost always the voice that I pick up on. And I rarely know their real names.

Keep in mind we are talking mid level actor types and the movies are sometimes 10, 20 years apart.

All that said, I can't believe the one that has gotten by me all of these years.

One of the strangest examples I have ever had with this was hearing in the background a voice from Desperate Housewives. It was the mom of Eva Longoria, but there was something about her voice. Then, bam, it hit me. She was the maid from Goonies. Mouth had to translate her Spanish at the end of the movie to save them. Wild connection.

I was shocked to see him in TAPS. I just watched that again a few months back and was blown away to see him in it as a kid. I did not even realize he had been in the business for so long.
