I liked the draft with the exception being escobar. So slow. Did not like Floyd. He dropped for a reason. That said I am. Thinking that frederick will be major upgrade at center.

Read an article on ESPN toady where Staubach was talking Romo again this season. Roger is a huge fan. I thought this was interesting to read:

"Staubach, who jokes that his optimistic predictions have been off before, believes this could be a breakthrough season for Romo. The Hall of Famer said he sees center Travis Frederick, a first-round pick whom Romo raved about during a sideline conversation with Staubach, as a significant upgrade for the offensive line.

I still like the pick right where it was made....and it seems Tony does as well

I actually like both our 3rd round picks, I think they can both become excellent professionals. Escobar will be a solid player just don't like him in the 2nd round.

I love the Wilcox pick and still think he starts by season's end
Not a fan of the Baylor wide but will be happy to be wrong here.

It doesn't matter who they take at this point.

you'll only go as far as the coach allows them to go....

Should've never got rid of Wade Phillips. only coach out of the last ten to win a playoff game and actually run the ball.

Can't say I was a fan of Wilcox.... A one year guy at safety.... But the kid is winning me over and I hope he makes me regret thinking he was a "project"

The pick I DID NOT like was Webb. Kid played right down the road from where I live... I'm going to guess I've seen more of him than anyone on these boards... and sure more than anyone on espn or NFL Network.

At best ... with a few years and good coaching ... you might have a decent back up ...
When you don't stand out against small school talent .... your chances at the NFL level are very very slim. I saw nothing in him that would have made me consider drafting him ...... That's my opinion ...
