That's a good quote Jed.

The "what's missing" with Pelini is his passion for Nebraska football. He is passionate about football but not about "Nebraska football" thus the flirting with other jobs, the constant "us vs. them" attitude towards the fan base, and the loyalty to his friends over the program. I don't doubt his scheme works with the right players as he does have an NC ring. He is not passionate about Nebraska football like Tom and Frank were and that's going to be the real trick in bringing in the right coach.
