Big waste of talent. When you can get a great education for free, AND play great football.....that is a good deal. Tons of kids go to school for free. Shit, I went to UNL for free and I wasn't even an athlete. It happens all the time.

A 3.4 GPA in HS? Especially at his High School, David Douglas. It's a Portland school, he should be able to not even attend classes and get at least a 3.6. Portland schools have NO resources, and struggle just to get kids to enroll. Although David Douglas is the largest school in the state, it can't be hard at all to do well there academically. I don't get how he is so high on grades when he just has a 3.4 at Douglas. Interesting, but again, good luck to him and his years at UCLA, for his sake I hope Slick Rick doesn't screw that program over like he did Colorado and Washington.
