That’s true. It took Perez and Moore 10 years to get it together at least so far however Allard has averaged 2+ homers per 9 innings extending back to last year. That will never cut it.

The only problem with the very late bloomers is no team can keep them around long enough for something to click. Although, we tried to wait that long with Michael Kirkman. They usually bounce around and then some lucky team gets him at the right time. If the Rangers do give up on Allard and he finally gets it 3 or 4 years down the road, it would be hard to blame the Rangers.
