I would think it would be 100 times easier to work out a standard two team trade in either scenario. There is no reason to complicate things and tie the two completely different scenarios together.

For one thing, getting another draft pick is a lot more important than getting Gallo, which isn't important at all.

If we do trade for a pick it would probably cost us less than what Atlanta gave up since the pick would come either a few picks later or a round later.

I just grabbed names from our top 30 and assumed our 7th prospect was equivalent to the Braves top prospect since we have 6 guys in the overall top 100 and they don't have any.
