I'd argue Ramos is their #1 prospect.

Harrison is a nice get.

Great flexibility, very reasonable contract.

That makes this deal make much more sense to me from the Yankee side.

And I would not argue against that. Pre-trade, I would accept anyone putting Arroyo, Shaw, Beede and Ramos in any order at the top of rankings. I personally had Ramos at #4, though, because he is so far away. A LOT can happen in the next 3-4 years while the other 3 should all graduate THIS YEAR.

Totally reasonable. If Beede had shown a bit more control he'd probably be the clear cut #1 right now.
