As a Chiefs fan you better be concerned about the Broncos. All they really needed was a competent QB. Something they haven't had since Manning retired. Here's how I'd rank the QB's in AFCw.

1. Money Mahomes

2. Wilson

3. Herbert

4. Carr

Denver will look like a completely different team in '22. Barring serious injuries to key players they should return to the playoffs for the first time since '15.
Wouldn’t surprise me if Herbert ends up at the top

That kid's a special QB. And it wouldn't surprise me if he's the top AFCw QB by the end of the season. But I can't put him at the top right now.

Someone made this comment on the FF forum and it's true:

The good news is that Hill won't see nearly as much two deep coverage as he's running wide open 60 yards down field and his quarterback can't throw it that far.

I can’t put him no lower than second

LOL...which says nothing about the quickness, stop & start abilities not found on every street corner I posted.

Maybe you're right, the draft will surely provide all that

I guess I was agreeing with your sentiment by moving the discussion to the needs for all roles with the KC WR corps. Beyond JuJu, of course.

Get ready for the Chiefs to roll out Todd Pinkston, James Thrash and Freddie Mitchell!
Um, they have Hardman and JuJu and will get a 3rd receiver in a loaded 2022 WR draft class.

I do agree that Hill is going to have a tougher time in a different system and without Mahomie. But that speed killed and its not easy to replace as we've seen with Hardman.
He did okay with noodle arm Alex Smith throwing him the ball.

Guess we'll see soon enough...
Yup I expect that one or two will emerge. I personally like Jamison Williams to become the best of this class but surely there will be another one or two. Pretty much like most draft classes.

Here's how actual statistics ranked Russell Wilson in 2021:

Passing yards:
(22) Russell WIlson 3,113 yards
(23) Teddy Bridgewater 3,052 yards

WIlson had a good resume' up till last season but that also means you're stuck with hoping he'll return to form. Even though Seattle also had a better running game than Denver last season.

Garrett Wilson. Great route runner, smooth. Olave is supposed to be that guy but I like Wilson more. Burks isn’t a freak to DK’s level but he looks like it on the field.

We will see
