Think I would put Thomas in at RB2 with Ingram out. I would slide West in at Flex. Would be nice to upgrade your WR2 somehow.

Hmm. I wonder if Hill is the sneaky good play at RB2 at home vs the Titans. Flex would be a toss up between Thomas and Benjamin, for me. West too, I guess, but the Ravens aren't as bad as many believe.
