Got back with some KFFL buds (most are now here) in a 16 (yes, 16...geeze) team league...had 20 rounds.... ok, that was the fun part. Pretty much 'standard scoring'.

I have Jamal Charles.... AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.................. ASSUMING he does not play.... who do I start? (I'm running 3 WR's in any case)....so need one RB....these are my choices:


Knile Davis or Stevan Ridley?


If there is a CHANCE Charles plays..........then what?

If he's a game day start? Off the ankle injury and a brutal 1st game (thks Reid).? Not talkin' myself into anything - right now I have Davis in my line-up.... and I get the NE RB 'history'... but I'm between a rock and a rock.... AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

I would go with Knile if Charles is out. Ridley if Charles is active/sharing touches with Knile's.

Ridley should be the clock killing hammer again this week. Davis (over rated) has a tough matchup in Miami.

I wouldn't trust a Patriots running back. Ridley is just as likely to have a 100 yard game, as he is to get benched after 1 series for tying his shoe laces the wrong way.

The Patriots run game is not as hard to predict as many think. When the Pats are heavy favorites, like they are this week against Oakland, you start Ridley and bench Vereen.

Ridley will go off unless he fumbles again or the Raiders unexpectedly give NE a good game. Vereen will likely be quiet this week.

And if Charles is healthy enough to play, he isn't sharing touches with Knile Davis. You play Charles.
