Has any recruit talked about Papuchis?

I now a LOT of the offensive recruits talk about the offensive coordinator, Tim Beck.

I know the offensive recruits talk about their position coaches.

I know the defensive line recruits talk about Coach Kaszenski.

I have heard Fisher, Brown, Els, and Joseph, but I don't ever recall one recruit mentioning John Papuchis.

Can anyone point me to an article that states a recruit actually talked to Papuchis or mentions his name?

Yes... Maliek Collins, Kevin Maurice, Boaz Joseph etc... all talked about what a big fan they are of papuchis. Papuchis doesn't recruit a ton anymore (much like Beck who focuses primarily on QBs, but then again he is the OC/QB coach) because position coaches do most of the hands on recruiting. But the recruits (including Peyton Newell) that have committed here all love Pap. Can he be a DC? Not sure yet, but the kids sure love him.

I really don't have anything against him. I would take the job in a heartbeat too. What I don't like is Bo hiring coordinators / coaches in training. Let the DII schools do that.

Thanks footballnut. I just know when the offensive skill players come in, that Beck shows them film and how they plan on using that player.

Luckily, Randy Gregory chose Nebraska. Gregory is going to be a player.

Yes Papuchis does do that
